Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed frozen berries
- 6” piece of cucumber
- 6 leaves Swiss Chard
- 5 cups filtered water
- Stevia to taste
Directions:
- Start by adding all the smoothie ingredients to a blender jug.
- Fix the jug on the blending machine and pulse to blend well.
- Once its smooth, pour the smoothie in the serving glasses.
- Garnish as desired then enjoy fresh.
