Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 ripe bananas (with black speckles
  • 2 large handfuls baby spinach
  • 1-inch fresh ginger root
  • 12 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Start by adding all the smoothie ingredients to a blender jug.
  2. Fix the jug on the blending machine and pulse to blend well.
  3. Once its smooth, pour the smoothie in the serving glasses.
  4. Garnish as desired then enjoy fresh.
